Wolf Valley Woodland Farm
Lindsey and Damon
The vision for Wolf Valley Woodland Farm is to be a sustainable agroforestry project that marries Lindsey and Damon’s skills as stewards of the land. Slew Wood, the farm site, is an ancient woodland that has been used as a conifer plantation in recent decades.
Their aim is to restore the wood back to its former glory with the removal of conifers, re -establishment of traditional woodland management practices such as coppicing and the introduction of conservation grazing with small ruminants such as sheep and goats.
