Medicinal Mushrooms Workshop

Spend a full, hands-on day learning how to safely identify, grow, harvest, preserve, and extract medicinal mushrooms. Guided by an expert facilitator, you will forage native medicinal fungi on the land, learn key identification skills, and explore sustainable wild-tending practices. In the afternoon, you will create your own wild mushroom medicine cabinet, learn preservation and tincture-making techniques, and inoculate a log to take home, which can fruit in your garden for years.

The day includes a seasonal lunch from the Soil to Gut menu, wild teas, and a grounding opening meditation. This in-depth workshop is designed for adults with an interest in fungi, natural medicine, and regenerative land practices.
