March Mushroom Workshop

Due to Popular demand we are running an extra Medicinal Mushroom Workshop at 42 Acres in March on the 7th of March.

Coastal Cliff

Coastal Day Retreat

Friday 3 April
10.00 to 4.00

Taught by Tasha Elena and Daniel Lees

An expansive day along the coast inviting you to immerse yourself in the wild.

We begin with a cliff top walk from Daniel’s Sweet Hill Farm on Portland, pausing to explore and taste coastal plants. The walk concludes with a hot drink and a breathwork session led by Daniel to regulate the nervous system and support calm, grounded energy while standing above a sweeping sea view.

Enjoy a wild spinach and ricotta pie before choosing between a sea dip with qualified lifeguard Daniel or a coastal seaweed exploration with Tasha. Tasha will reconnect with swimmers afterward so nothing is missed.

We return for a wild nutrition workshop where you will discover coastal foods, learn how to use them, and enjoy tastings. You will leave with some of the ingredients gathered during the day and recipes to continue your wild food journey at home.

Wild Nutrition, Coast

Taught by Tasha Elena and Daniel Lees
30 to 31 May
25 to 26 September

An immersive two day experience on the Island of Portland, held along the coastal edge of the sea. This course weaves coasteering, foraging, and wild nutrition.

Daniel, a qualified coasteering guide and breathwork teacher, leads you through rocks, water, and tidal edges rich with seaweeds and sea life. Tasha brings fifteen years of wild food and land tending experience, guiding you in working with the harvest and connecting with the power of the sea.

Each morning begins with breathwork, meditation, breakfast, and a coastal foraging walk. We then return to explore the ingredients gathered and prepare wild dishes, finishing with a warming Healing Broth made with miso, your foraged plants and seaweeds, mushrooms from our farm, and other wild additions.

Join us if you love the sea, wild nature, food, foraging, or simply wish to explore the unknown.
Families are welcome, with flexible options for the coasteering portion.
