A Day of Wild Food, Nature & Deep Connection
An immersive day exploring wild food, coastal landscapes, and embodied connection with land and sea. This experience weaves together foraging, nourishment, breathwork, and hands-on learning in a stunning coastal setting.
What to Expect:
Morning Cliff-Top Forage
Begin the day foraging along dramatic coastal cliffs, learning to identify seasonal “hungry gap” plants and gaining a grounded understanding of coastal plants and their traditional and nutritional uses.
Expansive Breathwork by the Sea (Church Ope)
A guided breathwork session overlooking the ocean, offering space to slow down, deepen awareness, and connect with the rhythms of nature.
Forage, Swim, or Explore
Time to roam freely — continue foraging, swim in the sea, or do both. Discover edible seaweeds and explore how they fit into the wider wild nutrition seascape.
Wild Food Lunch
A freshly prepared wild lunch featuring miso broth and wild spinach pies — simple, grounding, and deeply nourishing.
Hands-On Wild Nutrition Workshop
An interactive afternoon making and learning together, including:
Wild stock powder
Seaweed & chocolate ice cream
Sea buckthorn extract drops
Hot wild oatcakes cooked on the fire
What You’ll Take Home
You’ll leave with a connected understanding of the wild nutrition seascape, along with:
Your own sea buckthorn extract
Wild stock powder to use in everyday cooking
Recipes to continue working with wild foods at home
Knowledge of the plants you have foraged, and how to use them safely and confidently
The Experience
This is a day of learning through doing, sensing through the body, and reconnecting with ancestral ways of nourishment. Expect to leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to land, sea, and self.
