It's been a great pleasure developing this product. From planting the rosehips in the pandemic in 2021 to harvesting them for the first time last year. To work with our lovely friend Pete who grows the most gorgeous tomatoes in his off-grid greenhouse, WE LOVE YOU PETE. We sang on hay bales one autumn dreaming of a product to make, that would eliminate the wastefulness of a cracked tomato too ripe to be sold and here it is. This naturally sweet ketchup made with such gorgeous ingredients combined with delicious vitamine C rich rosehips, concentrated and squished with love.
